InvoiceCraft AI helps users create service invoices in ChatGPT. This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is used.
Information processed
The app may process information you provide, including:
- Business name and contact details.
- Client names.
- Service descriptions and line-item details.
- Prices, deposits, discounts, tax rates, due dates, and payment methods.
- Generated invoice summaries and client-ready invoice messages.
How information is used
Information is used only to generate, regenerate, explain, copy, or export invoices requested by the user. The app uses deterministic calculations for financial totals and does not add hidden fees.
Storage and retention
InvoiceCraft AI does not maintain its own user account database and does not intentionally store invoice details on a separate application database. Data may be processed by ChatGPT, OpenAI, hosting providers, and browser/runtime infrastructure as needed to provide the app.
Sharing
InvoiceCraft AI does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with third parties for advertising. It may be processed by service providers needed to run the app, such as OpenAI and Vercel.
Payments
The app generates payment instructions but does not process payments, collect card numbers, or move funds.
